MISSION
Responsible for end-to-end inventory and 3PL management across all channels. The role ensures inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and compliance with Bulgari global standards while collaborating closely with retail operations, MD, MKT, Accounting, SIN and HQ SCM teams. This role will manage relationships with 3party logistics and warehouse providers (3PL), customs brokers, and freight forwarders. The individual will also be tasked with key strategic efforts to drive cost savings and service improvement opportunities. The role is critical in supporting business growth, safeguarding assets and ensuring a seamless customer experience. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Inventory Control & Accuracy 
- Manage logistics process to coordinate import customs clearance fulfillment of import requirements according to local law and regulations. 
- Monitor overall inbound process to meet the business requirement and urgency 
- Instruct monthly & Year-end inventory stocktaking; analyze variances and drive corrective actions 
- Monitor shrinkage, discrepancies and operation risks; define preventive actions 
- Identify inventory discrepancies and adjust the system to match the physical product (quantity and product information) 
- Implement inventory return through the defect and buyback processes 

2. 3PL Management 
- Responsible for supporting & leading day-to-day warehouse operations covering inbound, outbound, and returns 
- Liaise with 3rd party warehouse provider, Customs Brokerage, and Freight forwarder to prevent or resolve if any issue occurs 
- Review the service providers performance periodically 
- Evaluate the performance of service providers and control warehouse operation schedule  
- Negotiate rates for buffer & general warehouse, shuttle, and additional handling services 
- Review monthly logistics and warehouse operation costs 

3. Store Operation Support 
- Provide timely inventory support to all boutiques 
- Coordinate stock transfer, replenishment and event inventory mobility 
- Support retail teams during HJ events, Truck show, Pop-ups and store openings/closings 
- Train store staff on inventory procedures, SAP usage and best practices 

4. Compliance and Internal Control 
- Ensure full compliance with Bulgari and LVMH policies (stock movements, product security etc.) 
- Improve inventory & logistics operation processes and procedures 
- Prepare audit documentation and support HQ and Group audits (Internal audit, customs tax audit, NTS audit) 
- Lead obsolete inventory review and warehouse clearance in coordination with cross functions 

5. Cross Functional Collaboration 
- Closely with Accounting, Retail, MD, Planning, MKR and Customs and HQ teams. 
- Provide inventory reports, analysis and insights for business decisions 
- Support forecasting, budgeting and OPEX reviews 

• Minimum 15 years of experience in inventory management, SCM, logistics or operations, prefer luxury retail industry but not limited. 
• Strong knowledge of SAP(S4 preferred), inventory flows, and 3PL operations 
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional tasks 
• Excel proficiency, data-driven mindset; capable of producing accurate and structured reports
• Strong communication skills and ability to train and guide store teams 
• High sense of ownership, integrity, responsibility and operational disciple 
• Collaborate mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Organized, proactive and solution-oriented 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
