[ASICS] Accountant (maternity leave replacement)
Tasks
This role is a 1-year contract position to cover maternity leave.
- Process journal entries for automatic bank withdrawals
- Create and maintain domestic general vendor master data
- Handle AP journal processing for domestic general vendors
- Process AP entries related to advertising expense vendors
- Manage rent payment journal entries
- Record and process employee T&E (Travel & Expense) reimbursements
- Review and process journal entries for corporate credit card transactions
- Review and verify DHL freight invoices, ensuring accuracy before journal posting
- Verify the matching status of tax invoices in the ERP system
- Ensure all AP transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to AP
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and journal entries
- Experience with ERP systems(DOUZON ERP10) is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
