• Administrative Support & Office Operations: 
  • Support senior executives in, but not limited to, travel arrangement & expense claim 
  • Handle routine correspondence and prepare materials & reports as needed 
  • Work with the Executive Assistant in operating the Management Office & senior leadership team
  • Help with office supply management, equipment maintenance, and other general/ad hoc duties
• Visit & Event Coordination: 
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings including bookings, arranging, set-up
  • Support in organizing corporate events, workshops, offsite meetings
  • Support the Executive Management visits and international guest & client visits including travel itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and other local logistics

• 1~2+ years of related experience
• Fluency in English and strong organizational skills, detail oriented 
• Ability to multi-task, work independently & collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities 
• Confidentiality and business ethics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
