[불가리코리아] Retail HR Business Partner

MISSION
Providing full spectrum of HR activities while partnering with Retail including Store Team aligned with Bulgari business and HR strategy. This position will actively engage in organizational development, talent management, compensation, and employee relations by developing policies and practices within the corporate framework. This position will be focal to listen to retail needs and communicate with HR team members effectively to drive high performing and motivating retail workforce.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Act as the primary HR partner for Retail, providing end-to-end HR support across talent acquisition, compensation, development, and employee relations
- Provide HR values and professional advice by partnership with Retail to ensure business effectiveness and agility.
- Work closely with Retail and Store team to algin HR strategy and build on overall strengths of HR capabilities and process in Retail.
- Bring up and propose the required HR approaches and priorities according to the business needs and analysis.
- Ensure that the end-to-end life cycle of an employee is maintained and improved from induction programs to exit process with HR team members of each part.
- Advise and supervise HR budgeting, periodic reports and analysis, and management of the personnel costs for Retail.
- Lead the strategy to attract and recruit high caliber candidates for stores to optimize and strength staffing.
- Proactively manage annual performance management program ensuring that all action plans are monitored and followed up.
- Act as an advisor and provide pragmatic and value-added solutions to business partners on people management initiatives.
- Coach and support leaders to drive high performing team and talent development to strengthen succession pipelines.
- Facilitate vertical and horizontal communication and foster teamwork within the organization.
- Maintain open and trustworthy work environment by creating positive culture.
- Foster teamwork and a positive and trustworthy environment through frequent collaboration with local HR team members.
- Perform HR general administrative tasks and ad hoc HR projects and initiatives when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 10year progressively responsible HR generalist experience within a fast paced, matrix managed multi-national organization ideally from high-end fashion, retail, or service industries.
- Good all-round hands-on experience of HR systems, policies, employment laws, programs, and practices in KOREA with an understanding of culture and possess a global mindset.
- Articulated and effective communicator with good presentation skills and analytical skills
- Strategic thinking and execution ability, be a doer.
- Interpreting HR analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics, trends and issues, and utilizing findings to specify and carry the relevant actions.
- Mature and resilient, a strong and approachable team player, possesses the ability to interface with people at all levels with tact and be open to criticism and suggestions.
