Tasks
- Work with the channel business team to ensure financial product inventory plans are in sync with business goals.
- Execute weekly channel demand forecast at style-color level both for pre-season and in –season, corresponding to merchandising financial plan.
- Build bottom-up channel demand plans and bottom-up merchandising financial plan (if any), ensuring alignment with broader goals.
- Run what/if scenarios to support decision-making and provide insights on potential channel performance outcomes.
- Assist the development and management of weekly demand and pricing plans across categories (full price, promotions, markdowns) to ensure alignment with financial and sales targets.
- Assist in determining size eligibility, conducting floorset planning, and replenishment management to optimize channel performance.
- Collaborate with Regional Merchandise Financial Planning to ensure the reconciliation of top-down and bottom-up financial plans.
- Gather and present hind sighting data to support ongoing planning efforts.
- Monitor financial performance against channel-specific targets, proposing adjustments when needed.
- Drive successful outcomes and alignment by collaborating with peers in the achievement of team goals
Requirements
- 3+ years in sports or fashion industry with focus on retail expertise
- Ability to be a part of a team, set challenging standards, develop strong partnerships, and lead others to action.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear understanding on Retail KPI and targets, buying strategies and GTM processes.
- Strong sense of Sports & fashion trends
- Ability to influence and lead people.
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
