Tasks
- [Task 1] : Budget and FCST (40%)
- Data preparation of Budget and Forecast process
- Initiate communication with the other department for data preparation and check
- Do communication with HQ for the BU and FCST process
- Support team manager for the overall BU and FCST process including the variance analysis - [Task 2] : Reporting on monthly and annual closing to HQ (40%)
- 1st data preparation for various reporting to get controlling team manager review
- Lead the team to meet the due date for reporting with accuracy
- Communicate closely with finance, logistics and other related teams for the data analysis - [Task 3] : Internal control (10%)
- Support to the line manager through data gathering and preparation for the internal control management - [Task 4] : Insurance (5%)
- Support the line manager for insurance management
- Prepare the yearly insurance contracts - [Task 5] : Others (5%)
- Data preparation for Ad -hoc reports
- Support the line manager for various audits and special cases follow up
Requirements
- Education : Accounting major is preferred but not mandatory
- Professional : 5- 11 years’ experience at finance or controlling team
- IT Skills : SAP and Hyperion users preferred but not mandatory
- Language Skills : English
- Competencies : Proactive attitude, good communication skills and understanding
- Functional Skills :
- Global reporting requirements and accounting area : Deep knowledge
- Tax: Above medium level
