The Leonardo Intern (Training Intern) is responsible for supporting all internal & external clients aimed at enhancing knowledge, legacy, heritage and specification of Brand & Product at points of sale.

Responsibility
- Build strong learning culture internally and externally
- Leonardo Promotion & Activation
- Review of Localised Leonardo on-demand contents using TradurrAi
- Learner Performance Analysis using BO
- Distribute learner incentives for encouragement of learning
- Review and provide monthly update on results tied to KPI’s
- Troubleshooting for Learners
- Support Ad hoc Training based on business and marketing priorities
- Deliver in-depth product demonstrations wearable technology to customers
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Communication skill
- Learning Agility
- Basic design skills for training material
- Experience in the consumer technology industry, specifically with digital gadgets and wearables
- Fluent in English (preferred)
