Your Tasks

Lux Reporting – 40%

• Manage monthly closing and reporting, including P&L, gross margin, and operating expenses, on a consolidated and brand-level basis
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly regional reporting packages for La Prairie and Chantecaille, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales-closing reports, highlighting key variances, trends, and risks against the latest forecast
• Coordinate the Monthly Business Review process, including financial analysis, deck preparation, and alignment with relevant stakeholders

Business Analysis – 30%

• Perform in-depth analysis of sales, profitability, operating expenses, and other key business topics
• Provide clear and meaningful financial insights to help stakeholders understand business performance and make informed decisions
• Track risks and opportunities against the latest forecast and support the development of action plans
• Support ad hoc analysis and business cases as required
• Support rolling forecasts and annual budget planning for La Prairie and Chantecaille

Process Efficiency Improvement – 30%

• Support the standardization of reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes across La Prairie and Chantecaille
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and consistency
• Develop and maintain standardized templates, tools, and reporting guidelines for both brands

Your Profile

Competencies & Skills

• Financial Analysis – Strong understanding of financial statements, with the ability to analyze P&L performance, identify key variances, and prepare clear management reporting
• Budgeting and Forecasting – Basic knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, with the ability to collect, validate, and consolidate financial data accurately
• Attention to Detail & Ownership – High level of accuracy and ownership, with the ability to manage recurring reporting tasks and meet weekly and monthly deadlines
• Problem-Solving – Proactive and analytical approach to identifying issues, understanding root causes, and suggesting practical improvements
• Systems & Technical Skills – Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, Power BI, or other financial reporting tools is preferred
• Communication Skills – Clear verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English, including the ability to summarize financial results for regional and local stakeholders

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or Business Administration preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, controlling, accounting, or financial reporting; experience in the beauty, retail, or luxury industry is preferred

Other Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and good working knowledge of PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and K-IFRS
• Business-level English
