Roles & Responsibilities:

1. RPA & 자동화 솔루션 개발 및 운영

• Sales, S&CM, MKT 부서의 업무 자동화(RPA) 프로그램 유지 및 보수 지원   
• 반복적인 수동 업무 자동화를 위한 RPA 솔루션 설계 및 맞춤형 툴 개발   
• 비즈니스 프로세스 개선을 위한 신규 자동화 프로그램 개발 지원   

2. 시스템 유지 관리 및 기술 지원

• 내부 운영 프로그램의 안정적인 가동 관리 및 사용자 피드백 기반의 기능 업데이트   
• 시스템 버그 수정 및 최적화 작업 수행   
• 기존 구축 시스템의 지속적인 유지보수를 통한 조직 생산성 확보   

3. 데이터 파이프라인 및 연동 관리

• API 연동 및 데이터베이스(DB) 연결을 통한 데이터 수집 및 프로세스 자동화 지원   
• 내부 데이터 흐름 최적화를 위한 기술적 서포트   

Job Requirements:

• 학사 학위 이상 소지자 (컴퓨터공학, 소프트웨어공학 또는 관련 전공자 우대)   
• Python 및 SQL 실무 활용 능력이 필수적인 분   
• 자동화 프로그램의 설계부터 개발, 배포까지 전체 사이클을 경험해 보신 분   
• 실제 작동 가능한 프로그램을 직접 개발하고 운영해 본 경험이 있는 분   
• API 연동 및 DB 연결에 대한 실무 지식과 경험을 보유하신 분   
• MS Power Automate 활용 경험이 있거나 비즈니스 워크플로우 자동화 경험이 있는 분 우대   
• 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션(메일 작성 등)이 가능하신 분 우대   
• 팀원 및 유관 부서와 원활하게 소통하며 문제를 주도적으로 해결하려는 의지를 가진 분
