* JOB DIMENSIONS
The Business FP&A is responsible for overseeing financial controlling, accounting, tax, and compliance activities of the Korea entity, ensuring the accuracy and quality of financial information.
  The position supports business performance through budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting, while acting as a key finance partner to the business and regional finance organization.


* ACTIVITIES
Overall responsibilities:
Business Controlling and Business Partnering 60%
-    Manage financial data within SAP FI/CO, covering sales, gross margin, P&L, fixed costs, inventory, working capital, and capital expenditure.
-    Develop, implement, and maintain cost allocation methodologies to support profitability analysis and management reporting.
-    Prepare and submit the annual budget in partnership with cross-functional BUs.
-    Provide regular and ad hoc financial reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis to support management decision-making.
-    Review customer credit limits and assess credit exposure on a regular basis and manage AR credit insurance renewal annually.
-    Partner with commercial and functional teams to challenge assumptions, assess business risks, and provide actionable financial recommendations to improve performance.

Financial Accounting, Statutory Reporting, and Tax 30%
-    Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records in compliance with local regulations and group accounting policies.
-    Manage statutory financial reporting and external audit processes.
-    Ensure compliance with corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax requirements, including timely tax filings.
-    Oversee fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, physical verification, and disposal activities.
-    Manage intercompany transactions and related agreements, including supply agreements, service agreements, and transfer pricing activities.
-    Manage local insurance administration and coordination for Group insurance programs.

Governance, Compliance, and Ad hoc 10%
-    Ensure compliance with group policies and delegation of commitment requirements 
-    Coordinate and execute the annual internal control test.
-    Lead or actively participate in projects related to systems, digital tools, AI solutions, and process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.


* CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
-    IT tool : SAP ERP, Power BI, OneStream system.
-    Works closely with the SSC (Shared Service Centre) and BPO (Business Process Owner), and cross-functional teams across local operations, regional BUs and external auditors.

-    Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with a preference.
-    7-10 years of experience, of which 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
-    Good knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP (KGAAP, KIFRS).
-    Good English skills both verbal and written.
-    Strong time management skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
-    Highly self-driven and results-oriented.
-    Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
-    Effective communicator with proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence business decisions.
-    Experience of SAP preferred.
-    Experience in multinational trading / Wholesale / Import-based Distribution company.
