Purpose of Role 

• Develop and execution maintenance strategies, work plans and capital projects for plant capability.
• Enhance asset utilization and effectiveness through suitable reliability program.  
• Maintain & upgrade maintenance procedure and standard procedure & Engineering Document.
• Ensure equipment, facilities, and field works reliably and safely. 
• Collaborate across teams to improve asset management. 
• Lead and develop a team of maintenance engineers, technicians, and contractors. 
• Support enhancing EHS management by improving asset and procedure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead E&M team to perform plant engineering and maintenance duties and deliver or exceed functional goals set each year in alignment of company objectives regarding to EHSS, quality, service, productivity, cost and sustainability,
• Ensure all E&M activities comply with EHSS regulations, company policies & standards.
• Develop, plan and manage site P&E projects of Chongqing plant. Ensure project execution fully complying with local regulations and company policies & OMS, conducted safely, on time schedule, within budget, in high quality. Ensure all contractors working comply with regulations and policies, and ensure equipment purchased meet countries and company regulations
• Establish related systems, procedures, SOPs and make sure they are effectively implemented.
• Timely render professional E&M services and innovative engineering solutions to support EHSS improvement, business growth, site operations.
• Lead site energy saving strategy and activities, drive for energy saving excellence & time to time continuous improvements for Chongqing site.
• Develop and prepare E&M plans including strategy, solution, budget and implementation plan to support normal operation, process improvement and plant capability and capacity expansion.
• Develop & implement PM plans, equipment overhaul plans to ensure reliability and sustainable high performance of equipment.
• Responsible for E&M vendor management.
• Provide necessary training and coach to the E&M team. Help team on competency and career development.
• Responsible for building up a performing team, conducting regular TRP review and keep team motivated.
• Engage continuous improvement and keep lean organization.
• Be role model of active discipline and pursuer integrity constantly.

• Strong financial acumen and engineering project management skills.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor degree majored in Science and Engineering or electrical and mechanical engineering, Master Degree is preferred.
• More than 10 years working experience in international companies, with more than 5 years management experiences in maintenance activity.
• Experienced in process improvement.
• Fluent English both in writing and speaking.
• Strong leadership skills and a good team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability for risks identification in safety, environment, healthy, and security side.
• Passion for the excellence of the job; Strong sense of responsibility, keep working under pressure.
• Mature, open and confident personality; Good communication skill with different level people, and good team spirit.

• Literacy in computer is essential.
