Responsibilities

• Analyzed & Optimize Manufacturing conditions to achieve the maximum utilization rate / Handle ERP system (SAP) and Process monitoring system (IP21) to support and manage operation of plant digitalization or by solving errors and regular management / Proactively participate Roots cause analysis for Production & Quality and Asset utilization. – 20%
• Automation, Digitalization & Data Science, AI Application for Plant Equipment / Enhance manufacturing process capability through the implement of initiatives / For lower efficient or lower effective processes. setup improvement action items. – 20%
• Well planning / execution / stabilization of OT Cybersecurity / Enhance OTCS Environment through the closure of DMZ vulnerabilities. End-point management, ERT, BCP / improve OT system document with solid R&R to assure system reliability & Upgrade OT Hardware align with Global Guidance – 20%
• CAPEX / OPEX Project Review related Process / CAPEX / OPEX Project review (Equipment reliability, productivity / product quality improvement ) / Contractor review (Pre-qualification, Technical Bid Evaluation) / Post review for CAPEX/OPEX projects (Financial Benefit, EHSS, etc.) and Lesson Learned – 10%
• Risk assessment and SHEM 14 Security review / Risk assessment of site wise non-routine work / Site Security review and improvement – 10%
• SAP Module / Manage PR/PO(Purchase Requisition/Order) & Receiving from process team ; PR / SES / GR / IM/PS, PM / MM / PP / QM related Process – 10%
• Audit document preparation / IATF 16949 / 9000 / ISO 14001 / Internal audit (i-MEA, Corporate) & External (ERM, MARSH) – 10%

Qualifications

• Major in Process, Industrial Engineering, Safety, Information Security, Data Analysis; preferred
• 9 ~ 12 years of engineering experience in manufacturing / Preferred experience in chemical / petrochemical business / Interested in technical matters.
• Strategic Thinking / Ethics & Personal Integrity / Good communication skills
• Ability to work in multifunctional teams / Ability to work as a part of a team / Have a sense of ownership
• Able to develop competitive benchmarking and technical studies / Analysis skill and Strategic thinking / Multi-disciplinary task oriented to handle various project initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill / Skills in office program like excel, ppt and word / English for both verbal and written communication
