JOB TITLE: Maintenance Engineer, Corporate Manufacturing, KR
ORG UNIT NAME: Corp. Manufacturing
LOCATION (CITY/COUNTRY): Chungju / Korea
 
JOB PURPOSE
      * Support OT cybersecurity requirements for plant systems (OPC, servers, and network)  
      * Responsible for managing maintenance planning and work processes to improve equipment                      reliability and operational efficiency.
       * Collaboration with team / other department members and regional / global partner related to site
        * Support enhancing EHS management by improving process and procedure. 

Job Responsibilities

1. OT cybersecurity – 25%
   • Review and manage implementation of OT cybersecurity advisories
   • Enhance OTCS Environment through the closure of DMZ vulnerabilities.
   • Improve OT system document with solid R&R to assure system reliability & Upgrade OT Hardware align with Global Guidance 
   • Analyze security and system issues across OT system (OPC, servers, network)
   • Execute plant cybersecurity remediation actions.
2. Asset management – 20%
   • New asset creation registration
   • Existing asset reliability review
   • Idle asset disposal planning and execution
3. Equipment spare part management – 20%
   • Major equipment spare part inventory status monitoring
   • Create necessary spare part list by analyzing the possibility and severity of unplanned equipment stop 
   • Spare part purchase planning (Short / Mid / Long term)
4. SAP Module – 15%
   • SAP Module / Manage PR/PO(Purchase Requisition/Order) ;  PR / SES / GR
   • PM / MM / IMPS related Maintenance
5. CAPEX Project – 10%
   • Review equipment condition including equipment reliability, productivity, product quality, maintenance, EHSS aspects
   • Prepare CAPEX proposal documents and supporting analysis
   • Funding and manage CAPEX execution through SAP
   • Contractor review (Pre-qualification, Technical Bid Evaluation)
   • Post review for CAPEX/OPEX projects (Financial Benefit, EHSS, etc.) and Lesson Learned
6. Audit document preparation
   • IATF 16949
   • ISO 14001
   • Internal audit (i-MEA, Corporate)
   • External audit (ERM, MARSH)

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Preferred IT and Cybersecurity certification
2. 9~12 years of experience in cybersecurity management
3. Preferred experience in plastic property and compounding
4. SAP IMPS modules
5. MS Office, Power BI experience
6. Facilitate and Execution 
7. Presentation skill 
8. English for both verbal and written communication
