What you will do (업무 소개): 

Project Procurement Leadership

• Lead and control all procurement and subcontracting activities for assigned EPC projects from planning through close-out
• Establish and execute project-specific procurement strategies aligned with project execution plans, schedules, and budgets
• Take full ownership of procurement performance at the project level, including schedule, cost, quality, and risk

Vendor & Subcontract Strategy

• Lead vendor and subcontractor sourcing strategies for mechanical, electrical, and outsourced scopes
• Oversee complex RFQ processes, bid evaluations (technical & commercial), negotiations, and contract awards
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors
• Resolve critical supplier or subcontractor performance issues impacting project execution

Contract & Commercial Management

• Review and manage major purchase orders and subcontract agreements in coordination with legal, finance, and project teams
• Lead management of contract variations, claims, commercial negotiations, and settlement processes
• Support project cost control by monitoring procurement budgets, commitments, and forecasted costs

Cross-functional & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the primary procurement interface for Project Managers, Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Executive stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between technical requirements, procurement schedules, and construction priorities
• Provide commercial and procurement input during project decision-making and issue escalation

Risk Management & Governance

• Identify procurement-related risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, contractual obligations, and audit requirements
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and project procurement governance

Reporting & Project Close-out

• Provide regular procurement status reports to senior management and project leadership
• Ensure proper documentation, handover, and procurement close-out upon project completion

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in procurement, subcontracting, or commercial roles within EPC, plant, or energy projects
• Proven experience managing project-level procurement execution for large or complex EPC projects
• Strong understanding of EPC contracts, procurement workflows, and subcontracting practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and manage high-value procurement packages
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
