[한국 MSD] Finance Associate Specialist (Accounting) 채용 (1년 계약직)
Tasks
Job Description
- Ensure Daily serialization reporting to government(KPIS:Korea Pharmaceutical Information Service) including return, discard, sample, etc.
- Accurate awareness of government reporting standards
- Work closely with regional/global IT team to manage serialization system and RPA(Robotic Process Automation)
- Work closely with BSC(Business service center) OTC(Order to Cash) management in KL and local commercial operation team to manage OTC related issue
- Month end closing process for the sales and inventory
- Vendor master management
- Internal/External Audit support – Year-end audit, Customs audit, Global internal audit, Internal Control over Financial Reporting and etc.
- Accounting projects support – Global project, new system launch, etc.
- Support expense review and analysis
- VAT reconciliation support
- Supplier purchase order management
- Other ad-hoc support in financ
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good at Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English
- Attention to details and accuracy
- 대학졸업자/예정자 지원 가능 (Finance, Accounting 전공 선호)
- AICPA 보유자 선호
