MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY :

• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of Abbott’s electrophysiology (EP) therapies, technologies, and the local healthcare market.
• Provide technical support and assistance to sales teams and physicians for capital equipment across the national territory.
• Deliver revenue targets by providing technical expertise that enhances product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between product marketing and product management for product incident monitoring and reporting, following Abbott’s standard procedures.
• Support product development initiatives as requested.
• Analyze competitors’ devices and contribute insights to the marketing database.
• Promote Abbott’s EP product lines and support market penetration through technical guidance and professional engagement.
• Conduct product presentations and respond to technical inquiries at exhibitions and conferences.
• Provide training to field clinical engineers, distributors, and customers on Abbott products, applications, and reimbursement guidelines (if applicable).
• Develop and maintain knowledge of clinical sites in the assigned territory
• Perform field service and technical support for capital equipment as needed. 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS :

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Minimum 3 years of mapping related experience (Preferred)
• Proven track record in market penetration and business development support, assisting sales teams in expanding customer accounts (Preferred)
• High level of competency in cath lab and operating room protocol and procedures (Preferred)
• Recognized as a leader or expert beyond assigned accounts (Preferred)
