• Wholesale Finance 운영의 효율성 및 효과성 향상을 위한 프로세스·시스템 개선 과제 주도
• 시스템 변경 요청 및 업무 프로세스 개선 조율, 시스템 운영 모니터링 및 시스템 이슈 원인 파악·해결 지원

 
Wholesale 고객 및 Stakeholder 관리

• Wholesale 고객 및 내부 유관 부서의 업무 문의 대응 및 운영 지원
• 업무 및 운영 변경사항에 대한 유관 부서 및 관계자 간 커뮤니케이션 및 실행 조율

 
Reporting 및 Data 관리

• 월/분기별 FSS 제출을 포함한 Wholesale Finance 관련 규제 및 경영 보고 자료 생성·취합
• 경영진 및 유관 부서의 의사결정을 지원하는 Ad-hoc 보고서 및 분석 자료 작성

 
Risk, Internal Controls 및 Compliance

• 회사 정책 및 국내 법규에 따른 업무 매뉴얼, 절차 및 운영 관련 문서 관리·개정 및 내부·외부 감사 지원
• Wholesale 운영 관련 ICS/K-SOX 문서화 및 효과성 테스트 지원, 내부통제 미비점 및 운영 리스크 발굴

Policy & Financial Product Governance

• Coordinate and maintain key credit and financial product-related policies and guidelines in alignment with HQ requirements and local regulations.
• Act as a local coordinator between HQ and relevant stakeholders on financial product structures, policy interpretation, and related inquiries, ensuring products are properly approved, documented, and managed.
• Coordinate with Business, Legal & Compliance, IT, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure operational readiness for new product launches.    
   

Wholesale Operations

• Manage and monitor key wholesale finance processes, including loan creation, disbursement, settlement, invoicing, and related activities, ensuring operational accuracy and integrity.
• Design and implement operational processes to support new financial products and evolving business requirements.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
   

Systems, Process Optimization & Projects

• Lead process and system enhancement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of wholesale finance operations.
• Coordinate system changes requests and business process enhancements, including monitoring system operations and supporting the investigation and resolution of system issues.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects related to wholesale finance operations, products, and systems.

Wholesale Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Respond to inquiries from wholesale customers and internal stakeholders and provide appropriate operational support.
• Build effective working relationships with wholesale customers, brand partners, internal departments, and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate communications and operational changes across relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.

 Reporting & Data Management

• Generate and consolidate wholesale finance data for regulatory and management reporting, including monthly and quarterly FSS submissions.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis to support business and operational decision-making.
• Analyze wholesale and retail data to identify irregularities, trends, and potential operational issues
   

Risk, Internal Controls & Compliance

• Maintain and update work manuals, procedures, and operational documentation in accordance with company policies and local regulations and support related internal and external audits.
• Support ICS/K-SOX documentation and effectiveness testing, and identify internal control deficiencies and operational risks.
• Drive appropriate corrective actions and improvements to ensure wholesale operations remain compliant with applicable policies, regulations, and internal control requirements.

[Education]

• Bachelor degree 
   

 
[Experience]

• Minimum 5 year in financial company.
• Experience in wholesale business is pre-requisite.
   

[Specific Knowledge]

• Knowledge of credit finance industry through various training and work experience.
• Problem solving ability and interpersonal communication skill.
• Language skills (Korean-mandatory & English-preferred)
