Interact with all members of VCK and Volvo counterparts within the APEC region and Sweden (Volvo Car Corporation)
Communicate with Volvo dealers, media counterparts, agencies, and banks
Collaborate with the Global Finance Delivery team (GFD – Shared Service) for VCK finance operations

Month-end Closing Activities

• Review VCC statements, bank reconciliations, and customs duty reconciliations with GFD
• Review prepaid insurance accounts with GFD
• Review JV postings, cash clearing, and sundry invoices with GFD
• Review new and demo car disposal reports with GFD

General Ledger (SAP) Activities

• Set up SAP master data and user authorizations
• Submit special consumption tax reduction reports for SAP processing
• Reconcile SAP VCC vehicle invoices with CIF
• Review stock reports and vehicle/parts sales reconciliations with GFD

PTP (Purchase to Pay) Activities

• Review dealer incentive processes with the Sales team and GFD
• Review intercompany remittances and regular/irregular payments with GFD

OTC (Order to Cash) Activities

• Process Non-PO and PO invoices, including intercompany and finance-related invoices
• Review AR status reports and AR reminders with GFD
• Support investment requests and fixed asset registrations
• Update and review dealer credit limits with GFD

Audit Support Activities

• Prepare internal and external audit materials with the Cluster team
• Participate in physical stock taking visits at PDI and warehouse locations with auditors
• Support audit-related activities as required

Treasury and Tax Activities

• Support and review weekly cash forecasts with the Cluster team
• Review VAT reports with the Cluster team
• Support treasury and tax-related activities, including HQ and government requests

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and BUD(FCT) vs. actual analysis

Dealer Financial Data Analysis

• Perform monthly analysis of dealer financial data and prepare related reports
• Communicate with dealers to obtain necessary clarifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, including Tax
• Available to work on a fixed-term contract from August 2026 to September 2027 (13 months) as a maternity leave cover
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a plus
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Korean
