1. Analyze training needs for automotive products and develop and implement effective training strategies and plans. 
2. Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end training programs for automotive sales. 
3. Deliver clear and engaging training sessions based on in-depth knowledge of automotive products and technologies. 
4. Enhance trainees’ product knowledge and sales capabilities through structured training sessions. 
5. Develop localized training content and perform translation and proofreading of training materials. 
6. Monitor training effectiveness through training systems(LMS) and dealer visits(OJEC), and continuously improve training programs. 
7. Communicate closely with headquarters to provide feedback on pre-sales training issues. 
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.

1. Hold South Korean citizenship and possess at least 6 years of experience in the automotive industry.
2. Passion for education and excellent teaching and presentation skills.
3. Capabilities in data analysis, content creation, and course development.
4. Strong communication skills; proactive and action-oriented.
5. Self-management skills and excellent learning ability.
6. Good attitude and conduct, and a friendly and approachable personality.
7. Experience in automotive sales.
8. Must possess a valid driver's license and be proficient in driving.
9. Proficient in MS Office.
