[Commercial Vehicle] Handover Trainer (Manager)
 
1. Handover training (Commercial Vehicle) 50%

1. Develop and execute an annual handover training plan aligned with the annual sales strategy
2. Deliver comprehensive handover training sessions for customers, sales teams, and internal staff
3. Create and continuously enhance training materials to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is communicated effectively
4. Participate in product, technical, and sales training programs to stay current on product technologies

2) Customer & Sales Consultation (20%)

1. Validate actual product specifications and features following official documentation.
2. Provide guidance on core product functions and operational workflows.
3. Support handover process by explaining customer benefits, key sales arguments, and essential technical details.
4. Offer consultation for resolving product-related customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

 
3) Market Monitoring & Analysis (10%)

1. Monitor customer feedback, sales insights, competitor activities, and industry trend
2. Share findings with relevant departments to support product development and process improvement
3. 4) Internal Department Support (10%)
4. Assist with new product configuration and feature implementation
5. Support company events such as roadshows, safety campaigns, and motor shows

 
5) Administration & Maintenance (10%)

1. Manage process documentation within the Salesforce system.
2. Prepare and deliver accurate documentation for truck registration with government authorities.
3. Administer training facilities and maintain participant records.

Training/Qualifications

1. University degree (preferred major mechanical, Automotive engineering)
2. Driving licenses for Truck & Bus
3. Licenses for Vehicles maintenances & Vehicles Inspection (preferred)
4. Training including customer care, MS office, communication & teaching method etc

Job experience

1. Training experiences more than 5 years (Preferred automotive/technical)
2. Driving experiences for truck & bus
3. Customer handling experience more than 3 years 

Degree of knowledge of internal interdependencies (Organization, work flow, customers, suppliers)

1. Good knowledge of MAN product and brand
2. Deep understanding of internal organization & process (AS, Finance & Sales) 

Degree of knowledge of external environment (Market, competitors, Products, industries)

1. Ability to look into commercial vehicle market & current economy situation
2. Basic knowledge of national law related with homologation, automotive industry etc

Mandatory Requirement

1. Experience working in the commercial vehicle industry
