Job Summary
To maximize sales performance of the stores, manage the target of the stores and coach the stores to achieve highest operational excellence. To manage the staffing of the stores, build a strong team to operate at the highest levels of customer service and merchandising.

Main Responsibilities
Sales and operation

• Monthly sales target - plan and execute action plans to achieve
• Business – understand customer profile and store profile
• Provide & create KPI dashboard to track status, to manage and evaluate each store’s and each individual sales staff's performance and achievement.
• Store Management - coach the stores to keep highest standards of retail working environment and efficient ways of working such as managing working schedules, employee turnover and all operation work in the stores
• Competitors - aware of the competitor’s activity 
• Partnership – align with other departments and lead 

 
Business development

• Partnership with key partners - good relationship with Department stores
• Establish action plan based on sales budget, margin, store size, concept, floor and store environment
• Update competitor information and market trends 

 
Staffing and developing

• Staffing: recruit right talent and develop them (HR supports the recruiting)
• Developing: appraise staff’s performance and provide an opportunity to develop

 
Additional tasks as needed

1. Min +8 years of working experience in Retail/fashion industry
2. Multinational company experienced preferred
3. Strong business acumen
4. Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
5. Can-do approach
6. Good English
7. General PC Knowledge Computer skills
