- 글로벌 전략을 기반으로 한국 내 비즈니스 Digital Transformation을 End-to-End로 리드
- 비즈니스 요구사항을 분석하고 디지털/애플리케이션 솔루션을 설계 및 구현
- Business–IT 간 브릿지 역할을 수행하며 주요 이해관계자와 협력하여 프로젝트 추진
- 제조 및 커머셜 조직의 시스템 활용(Adoption)을 강화하고 데이터 기반 의사결정 지원
- 글로벌 및 Cross-functional 팀과 협업하여 프로젝트 실행 및 변화 관리 주도
- 그 외 할당된 업무

[Key Responsibilities]
- Digital Transformation Leadership:
 Lead country-level digital transformation initiatives aligned with global DT&D strategy
 Drive execution (approx. 70%) while contributing to strategic direction (30%)
 Align local initiatives with global digital & technology direction"
- Application & Digital Solution Delivery:
 Design and deliver scalable digital and application solutions
 Support enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives across enterprise systems"
- Stakeholder Engagement & Business Alignment:
 Partner with business leaders to identify digital opportunities
 Translate business needs into technology solutions
 Act as a bridge between business and IT
- Adoption & Value Realization
 Drive system adoption across manufacturing and commercial functions
 Ensure business value realization from digital initiatives"
- Cross-functional & Global Collaboration
 Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
 Coordinate execution across Korea operations"

[자격요건]
- 대졸 이상(컴퓨터공학, 엔지니어링 또는 관련 전공)
- 관련 분야 경력 10년 이상 보유자
- 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
- Digital Transformation 프로젝트 end-to-end 수행 경험 보유자

[우대사항]
- ERP/CRM 등 Enterprise System 경험 보유자
- 제조업 또는 관련 산업경험 보유자
- 글로벌 환경 또는 다양한 이해관계자와의 협업 경험 보유자

[Required Qualification]
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT/Digital/Application roles
- Proven experience in digital transformation program or system improvement projects end to end
- Fluent in English


[Preferred Qualification]
- Experience with enterprise systems (ERP/CRM)
- Manufacturing background with strong technical foundation
- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
