1. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
2. Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes
3. Perform financial performance analysis and analyze variances between actual results, budget, and forecast
4. Monitor key financial indicators including sales and commercial margin
5. Lead standard cost updates and product costing analysis in a manufacturing environment
6. Manage working capital and cash flow forecasting
7. Prepare management reports and presentations for local management and global headquarters
8. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decision-making

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
2. Minimum 13 years of experience in controlling or accounting functions
3. Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and financial reporting
4. Experience in manufacturing environment, including product costing and standard cost structures
5. Hands-on experience with SAP system
6. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
7. Knowledge of working capital management and cash flow forecasting
8. Business-level English communication skills
