ABOUT YOUR ROLE: 
This position is responsible for assisting with accounting and financial activities including general accounting functions, all other applicable regulations and guidelines, and providing complete finance service to the whole of the trust, addressing all issues of a finance nature and providing all relevant information to meet the demands. 
 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: 
Key Area of Responsibility: 
-Reviewing of journal entries and reconciliation of A/R, A/P balances to reduce discordance with other companies. 
-Assist the supervisor to complete the month end financial closing review, quarterly review, year-end closing review.  
-Monitoring various local tax, corporate income tax and VAT tax in order to reduce tax risk and return properly. 
-Arrangement of payment schedule and well-timed payment to vendors. 
-Management of Account receivable collection and payment of accounts payable invoices  
-Management of cash flow and preparation for treasury plan. 
-Providing timely responses to ad hoc requests from cross-functional departments. 

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: 
-At least 4-5 years of accounting or finance experience. 
-Good command in English 
-Great entrepreneur spirits and enjoys teamwork, good communicator
