About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Supply Chain team. This internship provides hands-on experience across key areas of supply planning, demand forecasting, logistics operations, and inventory management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support for demand forecasting by collecting and analyzing sales, inventory, and market data.
• Support for supply and production planning, including PO tracking and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities (warehouse, transportation, delivery status).
• Participate in inventory control, including stock-level monitoring, shelf-life tracking, and discrepancy review.
• Assist with data reporting (weekly/monthly KPI dashboards, service level, forecast accuracy).
• Help coordinate communication between supply chain, sales, marketing, and warehouse teams.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform other administrative and project-based tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and interest in data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
