Office Manager (Korea Office)
Responsibilites

• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Coordinate with external accounting/tax firms and organize related documents
• Track invoices, corporate card records, and operational expenses
• Support onboarding/offboarding and HR administrative tasks
• Manage office supplies, vendors, and internal coordination
• Maintain organized operational and administrative documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in office administration or operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Professional communication skills in both Korean and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a startup or international company
• Experience with accounting, expense management, or HR administration
