Role purpose
The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in maintaining and developing customer relationships transferred from the sales team. This position is responsible for sustaining ongoing customer satisfaction, strengthening long‑term partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth through proactive customer management and service excellence.

The Inside Sales Representative supports existing customers and helps ensure smooth communication and daily sales operations.
This role involves coordinating with internal teams, assisting with orders and inquiries, and understanding customer needs.

Responsibility
Support customer accounts transferred from the sales team and maintained positive working relationships.
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and requests.
Assist with daily sales tasks, including quotation preparation, order processing, and delivery coordination.
Update and maintain customer and sales information in the SAP ERP system.
Assist with monthly closing tasks such as tax invoice issuance and monitoring outstanding balances.
Contribute to the team’s sales activities through reliable and consistent support
Requirements / Skill

Bachelor’s degree or above (major not specified)
Open to entry-level candidates
Relevant experience is a plus
Interest in B2B or industrial fields is preferred
Proficiency in Korean required; English skills are a plus
